Refugee crisis: what can you do to help?

July 6, 2016

Angelina Jolie Pitt,  she truly is beautiful in her role as humanitarian and she does a lot of goods from her heart.  She is one of the few celebs that devotes substantial chunks of her time into learning first hand the conditions, understanding the causes, advocating for the disenfranchised and working to gain access to decision makers and of course occasionally laying it all out in the open as with this speech:

She says a few things I completely agree with. This will  indeed require a global effort. It will take a long time to solve. We shouldn't just dump people into communities where they are not welcome, and undemocratically expect people to accept it.

But what can we do right now?

Unfortunately, thinking about the reality of refugee life is not something many of us do very often. But we can all do something right now simply by donating to a charity or volunteering at one.

AB has set a goal to raise 50,000 NOK for Mahama camp; the largest camp in Rwanda, currently housing close to 48,000 Burundian refugees.

Help us do more - no donations are too small, and all will be graciously acknowledged.

With this project, we will be able to purchase and distribute food, water, soap, blankets, sanitary napkins, and other basic necessities in the Mahama camp.

You can donate via PayPal using our email address.
